8. Now go to the Save as Type Drop Down and choose photoshop eps instead of .psd file.

11. Now check the preview and choose the TI 8 Bits Pixel. 
12. Keep the Encoding ASCII 85
13. Ensure that the Include Vector Data Option Checked.

Opening EPS File to Illustrator

1. Right Click on the Thumbnail and open it with the illustrator.
